Quite frankly I find it confusing how the shows on Sony TV doesn't get the high tv ratings they deserve. From what I heard, Sony TV Shows always gets these kind of ratings. Haasil and the other shows on Sony are so different, unique and creative. The shows on Sony TV have good story and screenplays. I'm happy that Sony is using their platform and trying to experiment with different shows. I notice all the shows on Star plus are the same story with mother in law and daughter in law drama yet those shows get high ratings. I will never understand that. The shows on Sony deserve those high ratings.
I'm actually quite happy that the head of Sony channel knows the ratings are not high but he believes in the show and bringing good content. He even said even though Haasil may not have high ratings it brings a good amount of attraction which is true. I notice when they release the episodes on youtube, the views there are high. He also said he is confident for the shows Ek Deewana tha and Haasil.

I hope this show wins an award and after reading several interview the show is going to be done after six months because it's a finite series. To me, the story matters more than the ratings. After a show ends it's the story people remember not the ratings. Look at shows like Beyhadh and Kuch Rang pyar ke aise bhi. Despite these shows not having good ratings they have a big fan base following and people still love it after it finished.

This past week of Haasil was electrifying. The episodes went by so fast and every week gets better than the one before. Nikki, Vatsal and Zayed did amazing. To all those who are Ranvir fans don't worry one of the writers said his track is coming up. They are trying to show one track at a time and since one episode last 30 minutes not a lot can be shown. Have faith in the writers and continue supporting the show ratings or not.

I can't wait to see what Haasil has in store this week

I expect more from this show but that didn't happened but I think show is still better than others cliche show. Sony tv's all shows r unique though can't fetch high trp but all r extremely popular in online. I think this show deserve more sns popularity like other two shows u mentioned.

You're not the only one who's confused dear.People who have been consistently watching Sony shows have always failed to gauge the reason for low TRP's despite the channel coming up with good content.
Amongst the current crop of shows, Haasil and Yeh Un Dino Ki Baat Hai are good shows but haven't got the TRP's they deserve. This has been the case for quite some time now.

Beyhadh and KRPKAB were excellent shows.Beyhadh got ruined after its first 120-125 episodes but even then it was better than most of the stuff on TV.It was such a unique concept and was a terrific watch during the first 120 odd episodes and yet its TRP's always hovered in the range of 0.5-0.6

Same was the case with KRPKAB.It was argubly the finest show on TV during the course of its first 160 episodes (its quality declined later to some extent). The show was subtle, layered and beautifully real during those 160 episodes and yet, quite astonishingly, it had a TRP of 0.4.

Now its happening with Haasil. The worst part of this scenario is that it curbs the creativity of the writers.Low TRP's mean that makers are constantly living under the threat that the show might get axed and that is when the creativity of the writers goes for a toss and they start dishing out typical TV stuff in order to boost the TRP's, which ultimately ruins a good show.

I dearly hope that this dosen't happen with Haasil coz its a good show.

Maagment problem from channel (crime petrol all the time 😡)
No respect for fans (abrupt ending of so many shows despite begging from fans)
No strong viewer base..
So I would say there is structural problem with the channel due to which all shows are struggling..

Hey Jenny,
Good to see you here.

I totally agree with everything you've written. I'll also add EDKV as a really good show which suffered due to low TRP's.It was a good show but was axed abruptly by the channel.

low ratings or not it's still a great thriller and I notice it gets a lot of views on YouTube when they release the episodes there. Also I saw a couple of articles where Haasil is named as one of the best thrillers of 2017 and also Nikki and Vatsal got mentioned in another article about being top performer of the week. There are people who tweet about the show including myself. I tweet the writers who likes my tweets. So the show is being recognized, appreciated and loved on some platform. By releasing the episodes on YouTube it reaches a universal fan base. That's how I came to know of these shows. Also I read couple of interviews where the cast and creators said the show will run for 6 months with 130-150 episodes. So just continue supporting the show here or on twitter. Hard work eventually pays off and I know this show will to.

@gt2918-Good that you mentioned EDKV.Since the TM had mentioned Beyhadh and KRPKAB hence I only wrote about them.KRPKAB and EDKV were launched at the same time and both were outstanding shows but unfortunately edkv ended prematurely due to poor management by the channel.

Nice to see here a krpkab and edkv fan. I used to follow both show since beginning . Though both shows r really popular in online and a lucky charms for Sony , but don't why always got less trp. Krpkab mostly got 0.5 and sometimes better in special episodes or maha episode and edkv 0.4-0.5. That's why I'm not shocked with haasil's ratings

Very well said dear
Haasil and even the other shows on Sony really have good content and story line.

But as you said our viewers appreciate MIL and DIl kind of shows more than they like shows with content.

I never go by TRPs but only by the storyline and the execution of a show. If that appeals to me Thames I'm a fan of the show. And Haasil does appeal to me.
