Ara: I know that feeling! Mindless eating. Which is why I always keep a few healthy snacks in my bag so that whenever I see sth that I am not tempted to eat but want to eat anyway, I reach for the snacks first and circumvent it.
Yes, 2-3 times a year. If I feel like it. Though I must admit, I don't like the feeling I get after I drink it. It's awful and makes me heavy.
