Kangy responds to Arnab HR

After 62 days, Kangana's lawyer (RS) has issued a "rebuttal to Hrithik's Arnab interview. Here (in less than one day :) is my rebuttal of his rebuttal/running commentary of the video...

In answer to Hrithik's claim he is not a fighter, RS has assembled two video snippets of Hrithik pushing a policeman (judging by the way HR is rubbing himself it appears the officer may have done something to hurt him which has conveniently been cut from the tape) and yelling at the media for invading his families privacy at a temple. This is a good beginning for me - if this is his leading argument this should be easy! It is convenient that in neither video is the behavior of the policeman and media which prompted the response shown... but okay I concede Hrithik loses his temper and is human. However, this is not evidence of a willingness to engage in public mudslinging and private legal battles. Rather the dissolution of his marriage (very private and very quick) is a far better model for his behavior during disagreements. Next...

Hrithik says he invited and attended birthday parties, etc only when Kangana was part of his team. Hrithik says he didn't pursue Kangana for K3 personally at all and his father had for only 1-2 weeks before she agreed. Kangana attended Hrithik's birthday party in January of 2011 but didn't sign K3 until December of 2011. Hrithik's lawyer sent a written communication to RS saying the Roshans were contemplating casting Kangana in Jan 2011 and that, as well as her role in Kites, is why she was invited to the party. RS's second point is Hrithik must be lying about how long Kangana was pursued because the party was in Jan and she signed in Dec. Again easy, the word contemplating does not mean actively attempting to sign, it means considering and it therefore makes sense to invite her to the party with loads of other people to keep the door open. Most BW films do not lock second heroines that far in advance.

After showing video of Hrithik describing the incident in Jordan (her drunk knocking at his hotel room door) and saying "that was the last (communication) for that year. Another year passed when we met for promotions of K3. '' RS has extrapolated this statement as Hrithik claiming that they never met between Jordan and promotions and shows them meeting in parties in 2013. The major problem with this argument is that RS has included video in his rebuttal attempt of Hrithik acknowledging they attended the same parties in 2013 from the Arnab interview. Hrithik has never tried to conceal they have attended each other's parties, he has just maintained that to him these were more professional than social. I can't help but wonder why RS did not address whether the Jordan incident occurred and, of course, presented any evidence he has of there being any relationship beyond attending the same parties and working on films together. The issue has never been did Hrithik and Kangana know each other. The issue she has created is were they sexually intimate.

Hrithik claimed not to be in Europe in December 2013. Photos show Hrithik in London with fans in 2013. It is well documented that Hrithik went to California in December 2013 and was in the US when his marital separation was announced. I personally usually layover in London on my way from the US to India. Hrithik probably did the same and didn't really consider it vacationing in Europe. Regardless, the allegation Kangana's team made was an engagement in Paris in early 2014. Whether or not Hrithik was mistaken about London in 2013 doesn't change the fact that she (or her team) were lying about the engagement. During the second interview photographs of Hrithik's 2015 passport were shown. RS implies this is misleading. If it is, it is the TV station misleading not HR. TV reporters on that channel and on Republic said the police have examined all his passport entries from 2013-2015, what difference does which photographs the TV station chose to include in its video montage make?

RS says Hrithik should have learned how to block her emails. HR says he couldn't and sent them to spam where they mostly didn't bother him after awhile. Objective evidence is confused, there are sources that say you can block email on a macbook pro and sources which say you can't and even if you do, they aren't returned to sender they just goes to the trash - same as spam. Regardless the more important question is why did Kangana send thousands of emails? If the implication is he didn't block on purpose to save evidence, no because whether he spams or blocks the emails end up in the same place - trash - and in fact most of the emails were retrieved unopened from the trash NOT carefully saved on his laptop. RS says Hrithik shouldn't have received (as if he had a choice) the emails because he was accused of hacking in May 2014. Again even if he blocked he would have received the mail it would just have been trashed (same as spam).

RS accuses Hrithik of trying to conceal the fact that he hired a cyber crime team to retrieve her emails and look for imposter then rebuts himself (thanks Riz) by showing video of HR saying it was a hired forensic team.

RS harps on the fact that Hrithik did not file a FIR in May of 2014 when Rangoli alleged there was an imposter. It seems pretty clear in retrospect there is not and never was an imposter. Either Kangana is truly delusional or it was a lie to gain sympathy from Hrithik and open a conversation with him (one month after he and Sussanne filed for divorce). At any rate, at that time he believed her. She told him she had been communicating with someone for 6 months who claimed to be him. He believed she was fooled by an imposter. He was not the victim of the imposter, she was. If there were an imposter, he did not have evidence of him, she did. If anyone should have filed an FIR about the imposter, she should have. Of course she knew there was no imposter and so did not file an FIR, okay fine. In May of 2014 she (or Rangoli) wrote an email alleging he had hacked her computer, forced her to send initimate material and psychologically raped her. Why didn't she file an FIR against him then in May 2014 if she believed those things were true? Which is more severe - a story you were told about an imposter from a girl who seems a little off (based on the texts and emails she sent that first day) or someone hacking your computer, possessing intimate material of you and psychologically raping you? So what is the point of harping on Hrithik not filing an FIR against an imposter fooling someone else when he first heard about it in May 2014 when his client also did not file an FIR, either alleging she was the victim of an imposter or the victim of a hacker who had access to her intimate photographs and videos?

RS shows video of Hrithik admitting he was afraid after Rangoli (of KR) sending threatening email making wild accusations and asks if he were so afraid why didnt he try to meet Kangana. Javed tried to discuss the issue with Kangana; please review how that went.

RS alleges that Hrithik filed a false police complaint claiming there was an imposter. He makes this assertion based on the fact that Hrithik claimed the imposter existed and was communicating with fans. At that time Hrithik still believed there might be an imposter - so it wasn't false. Kangana was a fan and he wanted to keep her name out of it. He had no reason to tell her he was filing the complaint, by that time she had been harassing him via email for 6 months.

RS makes a big deal about the timing of the police complaint the day after the last email. How could HR know it was the last email, RS asks. Yes exactly. He filed the complaint because he didn't know the emails were going to stop! Still lets review the timeline. Kangana begins the day (Dec 11, 2014) with bright emails, she is happy because she knows she is about to announce her (imaginary) relationship to the world. A paper (I think DNA but not sure) published Hrithik is Kangana's mystery man on front page. Hrithik tweets denial. Kangana sends threatening email (scar you for life). Something finally clicks for Hrithik and he files police complaint the next day against imposter (for some reason - probably because she and Rangoli have told him she has some mental disturbance - giving KR the benefit of the doubt that some nefarious imposter set her on this course. He names Kangana as a witness. The emails stop. Does it not make more sense that the emails stopped because he filed the complaint and they asked her about it and not that he filed the complaint because he knew the emails would stop?

RS claims Hrithik sent himself photographs he had taken of her before May 2014. I don't really think the photographs have circulated personally still a few have and at least one of the photographs is of Kangana at a Pooja with a newspaper advertisement for Bang Bang. Pretty sure there would not have been ads for a film which released in October 2014 in newspapers before May 2014. How did he get that?

RS extrapolates Hrithik saying he tried to have his team talk to her during Rangoon filming (Sajid N producer) to show Rangoli the emails to make sure she knew about them as meaning that he tried to do this while the emails were being sent and therefore HR is lying because she wasn't sending emails during filming of Rangoon. Actually Hrithik says the emails didn't bother him after the first couple of weeks (they mostly went to spam), then she sent the scar you for life email, he filed police complaint, emails stopped and he went on with life thinking he had done the right thing. He is referring to her spreading rumors about him and making the issue public (infamous I don't know why exes do silly things quote) when he asked Sajid N for time on the Rangoon set for his team to meet with Rangoli and Kangana to try to sort that out privately.

Now the photographs of HR, KR and loads of other people drunk at parties. Yes HR has apparently been drunk at parties. He hugs people and takes pictures, frequently. So? In his initial legal notice, HR claimed to not know her socially. Poor choice of word. Not as poor as affair, engagement, creep, uncle, crow, etc etc. No matter how many times this is brought up the issue will never be did HR know Kangana socially. It will always be did HR know Kangana biblically. Still waiting for some evidence of anything other than a casual social acquaintance and professional relationship.

Finally RS says they feel no further need to discuss this issue with anyone. Funny I see lots of stories of Kangana alluding to a certain superstar which seems to be her discussing it. Still I don't blame RS for hoping the matter ends here if this is the best he can do after 62 days of working.
