Why should they say anything? It's not like any of their pleas or explanations will be believed. Bhansali made a video to clarify everything, but still the protests over so-called objectionable scenes continued. Only someone naive or dumb like DP would dare say anything against the goons, while politicians are giving them tacit support with the "distortion of history" claims. If they don't want the movie to get banned, this is the time to butter up the govt, but since there is nothing to praise them for, better they keep silent.

Release ke baad promote karne ka kya fayda?... Saara chakkar toh film release hone ka hai and getting the audience in the first week...

Sahi hai... The only one who is doing her job is the one with victim complex and desperate for attention ..

And the ones who despite being paid, throw tantrums and act like petty divas over respective roles are right.

Once the film gets released, if it's a hit, then both the wimps will climb out of woodworks to claim the hit as theirs... If it is a flop then chup chap will move on...

Chitt bhi meri patt bhi meri... Maximum benefit with minimum risk...

death threats are given at drop of a hat

those giving threats still roam around freely

then they talk about sentiments when they themselves don't even have an iota of it considering the kind of torture they put those and their families they are giving these threats to

OT..the biggest of the names always make the most news and are targetted the most too..SLB and deepika are the biggest names associated with the project hence all news and targetting around them..ranveer and shahid are much smaller stars and names in comparison..

why are people putting shahid in with ranveer, shahid has been promoting, he was on so many magazine covers in november, has been at other events. but deepika must have been placed out front by slb.

the point is leave the promotional events, why doesn't ranveer tgiveany sort of support for deepika on social media? even in a round about way, he hasn't done anything. even sonam who doesn't like deepika, gave her support.
