Few points..

1. I think Shiv is not a bhoot..which means he did not die and very much alive.. he is keeping this secret from everyone so that he can find the right culprit as who conspired against him and why? .. he think Sharanya is the person responsible but the story will unfold.. so we are witnessing Shiv behind Sharanya as he think she tried to kill him..but in the end it will turn out to be someone else..

2. I dont think Sharanya parents are innocent...there is some catch there..

3. Also when Sharanya was sharing her experience about someone following her and doctor wanted to add something but then he noticed Vyom and changed the topic.. the reason could be : he knows about Shiv's secret or he knows Vyom is culprit. He also gave his card to Sharanya...

4. No matter what they say.. but Bedis are not culprit here...as makers want us to believe.. 🤔 also when Mrs Bedi said I hate Sharanya because she snatched my son.. I somehow feel she isnt talking about Vyom but Shiv...but lets see.

5. Also in one interview Vikram said... there is nobody negative in the show.. which means all of them have grey shades...Vyom is for sure is not sweet and innocent

Movies which could have inspired this show are:

1. Fida where Sharanya and Shiv are tryign to fool Vyom to get the money.. like Kareena Kapoor and Fardeen Khan did to Shahid Kapoor

2. Khoon Bhari maang: where Vyom killed/tried to kill Shiv but couldnt and now living on his identity.. like Kabit Bedi did to Rekha

3. Sharanya parents want her daughter to marry Vyom for his money.. and might have killed/tried to kill Shiv

oh...last but not the least my predictions hardly comes true...so lets see here 🤣
