At present everyone is looking at two scenarios only.

Either ShivAnya were lovers and Vyom killed Shiv or SharOm were lovers and Shiv was the stalker.

yes or a third angle what if Sharanya is a gold digger she first got Shiv but realised Vyom is riher party so ditched him and killed him and now after Vyom.

You have thought of something beyond that.At first I didn't consider the theory that Shiv and Vyom can be brothers.But then I began to think that what if before the Shiv-Sharanya-Vyom triangle there was another triangle with Rajan-Madhavi-Some other guy??Maybe Madhvi loved someone prior to her marriage and had a child with him.That child is Shiv.But Rajan Bedi fell in love with her and married her simultaneously forcing her to abandon the child.But Madhvi could never love Rajan.Later on when the SSV triangle happened Rajan must have been furious coz he would have been reminded of the past and killed Shiv.

As Vikram said earlier none of the leads are negative.So the villain has to be a 4th party.Shiv is definitely grey for now.And Vyom does look fishy to me.I don't think he is responsible for Shiv's murder but I can't say the same for the doctor.
