Why make a movie on Sanjay Dut??

We will all find out on 30th March 2018. 😳

Sanjay Dutt is controversial figure and yet beloved by many. His life has too many facet and controversy makes a good subject. 😊

Why not? He has such a colorful life.

Just because he is controversial doesn't mean there has to be movie on him..

^ Saying controversial thing doesn't make a controversial subject. What occurs in their life is what makes them controversial.

Sanjay Dutt is gray shaded person. To people in film industry he was one of kindest human being who would help poor studio worker when in need. He was a great friend to people like Salman. He is son to one of the biggest female superstar and like her can dominate the screen (tremendous screen presence). He was son of a politician.

At the same time he was embroiled in scandals. His personal life was a mess. There are more twist and turn to his life. This will be our window seat to inner working of Bollywood and 92 bombing. The nexus between politics, underworld and Bollywood. But most importantly it is story about wrong and right turns and choices people make.

Since your TM is that of khilji, I think you should be able to grasp on why they make attractive choice and why SLB has spent so much time on Khilji in Padmavati or why Ranveer choose to do that role. 😊

Though I know next to nothing about Sanjay Dutt, I'd be open to watching the film for Ranbir's performance.

Firstly, i think they will highlight his fight against drugs, which is defo a positive thing.

But secondly, they might want to get a clean chit for him, wrt the 1992 weapons scandal... wonder how will they handle the part, where a truck full of weapons was waiting at his residence and later sent into the riots affected area to help a certain section of the society.

lol they will show him some bechaara, caught in wrong circumstances and besides sanjay is hirani's friend, i dont think think he would show him in a bad light. But casting choice achi hai, they both look stoned all the time 😆
