Federal investigators in Washington DC led by special counsel Robert Mueller has found alleged ties of Vikas Gupta in the US presidential election vote hacking scandal. Citing multiple sources familiar with the investigation, sources say Vikas Gupta was the master mind having direct ties to Russian hackers.
