First off, I should say this is my POW, but I find it funny that there still people who believe that it's Gauri's ego at play because she refused Omkara after all the begging that he's done. How convenient..go on abusing and insulting your wife, suspecting her all the time, throw her out of the house couple of times, never give her the respect that is due to her and then support all this claiming it's all due to what he suffered in his life till then. Then suddenly after being proved wrong every single time realize he loves his wife and expect her to forgive just because he claims to love her now. He's not given her any reason to believe in him till then so her refusal is expected. It's also obvious that though she may have forgiven him sooner it's her friend's wedding and Ajay's threat that's stopping her from forgiving Omkara, more so than her self respect and definitely more than any ego( if she had any) of her's.

I was thinking yesterday that what if Ajay never forced Gauri to marry him. Would Gauri be the typical female who forgives her husband? I was proud of her when she shouted at Omkara and told him how she felt. What he's done to Gauri isn't something he can just say sorry for and move on.

Their relationship needs to start over because it's based pain. Sure they love each other but what do they know about each other? Omkara needs to earn her trust back. As much as I would love to see Rikara back together I hope we see the start of their relationship being mended, even if they have to show a small leap because they don't want to waste time with little scenes.

The accusations basically broke Gauri. A small town, happy go lucky girl, pushed into such situations that she didn't know what to do. Each time she did something right she was accused of being wrong from the person she worshiped. It's not something she can easily forget.

As they do have 2 other couples to focus on I'm not expecting much with the reconciliation. It's times like this when I want DBO back so that we would have more Rikara scenes later on.

I agree with your viewpoint completely. Ego is something Gauri does not have. If she had ego then she would not have confessed her love during their break up, knowing that Om doesn't love her.

Just one thing I don't agree with. I don't think Gauri refused to forgave him because of Ajay. If she was stalling only due to Ajay, then she would have told the truth about Richa to Om, or at least Shivaay (her elder brother) and taken their help to get out of this situation. Ajay does not have anything to do Gauri's decisions. He is just their to speed up their story, otherwise Om would have stayed as DP for as long as it takes.

I think Gauri, being a selfless person that she is, has forgiven Om, but that doesn't mean that she is ready to trust him again. Also, she is too hurt. Yes, Om apologized but he has said sorry before also and then repeated the same mistake. Therefore, Gauri doesn't trust him and doesn't want her heart broken again. Its up to Om now to convince her, that this time he really means it, and he's not going to mistrust her again.

I agree. It's not the first time too. He has accused her and thrown her out multiple times. Then asked her to stay or come back and thought if not said that he is going to manaofy her. And actually, sensual scenes are scary, like the painting one or the white sari hotel one, usually followed by an outburst. And what has changed now? Why the sudden declaration of love? Just because she learnt English for him or said she loves him out loud. Everyone knows she does.

If this was not a serial I would question his commitment this time too. The number of times he had a chance to ask for forgiveness, why wait till she decides to get married. He could have come without disguise, or revealed himself when he saw her do Karwa Chauth for him or when she told him there is no one other than her husband in her life. Why wait till then? And the amount of times he quits! He went back when he heard her say she will marry Ajay. Though he knew she did it for Richa, he may not have known about the pregnancy but he did know Ajay broke off Richa and Mukesh engagement. Shivaay convinces him to come back, then when he proposes and she refuses he is ready to go back again. Again Shivaay convinces him. Now again he is ready to leave. If you love someone you let them free is all fine but atleast u got to try first esp when you know the other party Ajay is not a good person. Shivaay and family have more conviction than him in Gauri's love for him. We know Gauri is not planning on marrying Ajay but he does not know that. If he truly loves her and understands her, he would know she would never marry anyone else.

And his basic mistrust of her regarding KT etc cannot go just cos she learnt English or said I love u. The story is being rushed I know but it needs them to sit and have a talk before anything moves further in their life.

watching Mahasangam episodes and how many harsh words were spoken and how she suffered. Love both of them but in her place especially after that last letter (though Om didnt write them) she is broken and it takes a while to mend. It will take time for the light to shine back in her eyes again.

I agree with everything written .

But my Question is will ever Gauri ever say sorry to Om. For cheating as chulbul and fake pregnancy. She broke Om all these times. Yeah CVS never showed Oms POV, Om crying. And we got buckets of Gauris tears in name of Majboori .Anyways we saw care and happiness of om during fake pregnancy and chulbul. Will Gauri have a great heart enough to say sorry. Not a redemption but a simple sorry. Will she stop fooling om

I agree with you. Gouri's statement about Omkara's behaviour is completely acceptable .But I expect a little more from the makers. Now people can think that Gouri has an another option (Ajay) so she refuses to accept Omkara. Otherwise a devotee can never rejects her God's gracefulness . So makers should have noted this point before the introduction of another guy for Gouri

well yeah I agree that she's heartbroken but also kind of realized that OM probably loves ( maybe not trust it yet) but knows it. As for telling others I don't think she would do it especially since it involves her friend and mainly that she's pregnant. If it had been any other issue maybe she might have but not in this instance, so in fact the main thing in fact stopping her is Ajay, atleast that's my pov.
