The episodes this week were different...for once there wasnt a single scene of Mahakali...and no Shiv Gauri scenes at all. This week concentrated on Parvati the mother.
This post is entirely in context with the show. I am not going to talk about distortions anymore.
Finally Vinayak is here. The Parvati Vinayak scenes really were adorable. The scenes were all very lighthearted. The Parvati Kartikeya scenes are nice too but those scenes are much more mature. Ganesh Parvati scenes on the other hand were much more innocent and light hearted. Ganesh's world revoloves around his mother but that very thing is also his undoing. The modak scene and the scene before the yagya were very cute.
Even the short Shiv Vinayak scene of their meeting was nice. And then slowly the fight starts. There is a gradual transition as Vinayak crooses limit after limit ,even as Mahadev warns him each time. Also Mahadev slowly growing angry was worth watching. Looking forward to seeing more Shiv Vinayak scenes after Vinayak gets the new head.
I loved Pooja as always. I loved her convo with Vinayak just before the yagya. Krish was cute as Ganesh but I did find his acting a bit weird at times...but he really is good. The boy playing Andhak was quite good too. The anger and hurt of the child and his evil was portrayed so well!
And as always I loved Sourabh. Saturday he was shown for only a small scene. Yesterday's episode his expressions were really good. First the happines of seeing his son Vinayak. Then trying to make him understand that he shouldn't stop him. Slowly changing into sadness on seeing the child's pride, then again warning him to change his ways and finally the shock as Vinayak attacks him. Finally throwing the trishul at him knowing how much it wpuld hurt his Gauri. I loved that part.
Waiting to see Mahakaal and Mahakali next week. Wonder how Parvati will calm down.
