Will SLB ever do a normal film?

HDDCS was my only favorite movie of his. I mostly loved it for it's simple plot and less than typical SLB gaudy nature. I hope he gets back to doing modern day films with his special touch of course.

The only movie of SLB I liked was Khamoshi that was so well done with melodrama, at times I found HDCS a bit melodramatic.

Is he capable of doing it yes but does he want to is the main question.

All his hit films have been colorful and good looking so why should he change the formula?
