Milk doesn't suit me. Yea, coconut water is great for sensitive skin so is Aloe Vera n cucumber.
Haha..I'm a lazy bum too.

Hey, if you have sensitive skin and you'd prefer something more natural but still safe for the skin then try the oatmeal mask:

  • 1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground
  • 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp of honey
If it's too thick then you can add one or two teaspoons of warm water until you get the consistency you like.
Don't store it in the fridge or keep it out for too long. Use it as soon as you make it.

I'll copy paste the benefits of this mask:

Yoghurt contains: Lactic acid gently exfoliates the skin. Calcium vital for good skin regeneration. B-Vitamins superb anti-oxidant for the skin. Zinc used to treat acne and problematic skin types. Benefits of yoghurt on the skin: Lightens blemishes and moles. Tightens skin pores. Helps with acne.

Honey contains: Calcium good for skin regeneration. Iron aids the healing of scars. Magnesium helps to treat skin ulcers, blemishes and acne. Benefits of honey on the skin: Hydrates, locking moisture into the skin.

Oats contain: Omega 3 Fatty Acids deeply nourish the skin and support the skin structure. Iron aids in healing scars. Benefits of oats on the skin: Used as a remedy for acne. Calms dry and irritated skin. Fantastic for soothing sunburned skin

Hope it helps :)
