Finally after few months of running around I decide to take a break again land on my feet n then I decide to pay attention to the world I cohabit with my fellow dwellers...so how do I fill in my time... love to cook so mix that love with my other love IB and born is my baby "Ears Ring Heads Spin and Eyes Glaze Eatery "in short ERHSEG .
The First flush of euphoria when your eatery becomes a success I tell you ..there is nothing comparable , The rush of people flocking waiting to be seated then blink of the eye you start online orders .I will truthfully say I do not care to cater to my online orders faceless people who contribute nothing much .
Then comes rethinking to make it better...when the offbeat routine with a dash of romance(food) can be so fetching imagine what something innovative on the menu can do ergo my new baby spin off eatery with a dash of unique menu served by witches on brooms n in ice boxes ...food so fetching that a whiff of it can wake you up from a deep coma or make you so mad that you can end up in a mental care facility craving more of the food.
I never changed my original recipe or the eatery you know just in case as expected my baby eatery started rutting after the initial fervor wore off . What do I do now...'sigh' .Then someone suggested a combined recipe the original mixed in with a little innovation...so I really put my partial (not all for then I had something else cooking)in n come up with a biggest ever sandwich you would never even imagined .
The sandwich had brown sweet chutney and green spicy one too . there were people who loved only the brown chutney n few who were so in love with green then came in the mixed crowd who liked both shouting what do we get then I had to make a red one for them. I tried all the various combos but the sandwich was torn to bits n pieces the taste never the same though the ingredients never changed. The messed up recipe was not helping at all . It even started various groups the ambience n peace in my eatery gone...people always asking for more or less or both and driving me nuts.
Time for think tank again...we gather all our arsenal stop cooking elsewhere and all come to a halt ...we have to do something to save my first love...so came up with this mixed up a bit of everything recipe...the brilliant idea to mix in Khichidi with Biryani which will have tadka as well as Masala to satisfy everyone's cravings... So brace yourself for the upcoming menu of the traditional mixed with Unique tadka.

Linguini with Raita
Dum Khichidi with Salan
Biryani with dal
Ratatouille with Hummus
Falafel with mascarpone cheese sauce
Welcome to my humble eatery...if you do decide to eat here I am in no way responsible for the ML you might have ,If you suddenly recall your flash backs and think you are already married , feel like getting married again n again is the only thing you want to do in your life, forget protein shakes and dumbbells and what you exactly are, suddenly decide you have had enough and want to go into a self induced coma or book yourself a ticket to Timbuktu n never return back.
I will serve all this under the guise of " Ashwathama Hathah ,Kunjarahah "...no need to dwell deep just understand this that what you see n order on the menu might not be what Is served, An element of surprise nail biting ,hair pulling n stroke inducing is always around the corner or being served.
You will see what fun it is when you and everything that is mine has my one 100% . Come join me folks I will start serving tonite. Come in with empty minds n hungry bellies but never forget " The Royal Khichdi was always mine to serve and Yours to ...I leave it up to you .
