it was just that pointimg at preeta he uttered those dialogue so preeta is also a challange for him right now and he just want to win the challange

he has from till now experiencecame to know that preta is not that type of girl and thus he has changed route

and i feel in thins winning process he will simply fall for preeta and one day with sameer he would be discussing how he has made preeta fall in love and it was just a challange at preeta will hear everything and before conversation will be incomplete

and thus preeta will be heartbroken but karan will try to make her understand that he has really now fallen for her but preeta will mu him that now even he is lieing

admist all this rishabh will propose preeta and after familyconvincing her se will be ready to marry rishabhand karan after knowing about rishabh feeling will even stop convincing preeta or clear her mu he will even increase it more

first of all...the chemistry b/w ShraRaj was beautiful in that scene at the same when it comes to PreeRan in that scene...i did not believe his single words...he is just pulling a prank on her...but its commendable that preeta did not fall for his words...she was back to square one though affected by him..

i did thought of your scenario too...karan plays with preeta's feelings unknown to him that he has truly fallen in love with her...while preeta will know that he was playing with her feelings..MU him...at the same when he realise his feelings and wants to confess it to preeta...karan gets to know that rishabh is in love with preeta...heartbroken...confused and in dilemma...ultimately will sacrifice his bro and never try to clear his MU...while preeta will agree for marriage to rishabh...Rishta will get engaged
