I gave this a few days to see where this is going but since the writers seem to show no signs of getting a clue, I am compelled to rant.
I get that Shivaay is happy in love...giddy, blissful, the works...but is he a 14 year old, seriously? Itna out of control PDA? Who acts like this? I could let the chawl giddy teenager bits slide somewhat but I have to draw the line at Shivaay pawing Anika in front of the family also now...koi lihaaz nahin bachaa kya?😕
And no, I'm not talking about the initial rose petal removal scene...that was fine, it kinda worked in the flow of him picking a flower out of her hair...that's all fine for light hearted moments in front of the family...but now the mahaan SSO needs Anika to confess in front of the whole family? He needs the whole family egging her along to confess her love?
Yes, I understand he gave Anika a grand public proposal, expressed how proud he is of her, how much she matters to him...but confessing love is a more vulnerable and private emotion...why must that be made a public spectacle in all these "fun and games" too?😕...
The way Shivaay grabbed Anika while Rudy-Bhayva were watching from the sidelines was really cringe-inducing today...him trying to be all smirky as he's busy romancing her in front of his own little brother...does this not give anyone any pause?😕...that Anika is not allowed any privacy or dignity and all her vulnerable emotions should be in full display of the family as they all get to smirk watching her squirm as Shivaay holds her?😕
Just cuz they're married means Shivaay is going to romance his wife in full view of his family all the time? And if things weren't already worse, now the SSO is organizing a LOVE-aakshari...HEIGHTS of cringe-inducing.
I can only hope this crap backfires on him and Anika outwits him...cuz Shivaay is being SUPER LAME right now in this challenge...it started off ok yesterday but today went into major cringe-inducing territory...the writers seem to have no clue how to bring about the romance without involving the whole darn family it seems...so Shivaay enjoys making a spectacle of his private moments with Anika...is that what we are supposed to get out of this?
