I think Jagan might just deserve redemption. At least when the comparison is with Harjeet. In normal circumstances no.

At least he served Amba faithfully. Didn't try to kill Mannu or anything after he was shown his place. Initially he did. But post the 10 year leap. He was shown as extremely loyal. I half expected him to hatch another murder plot. But he didn't.
