I believe that an actor who didn't get his due in Bollywood has been Rajeev Khandelwal. In the last two decaded I don't think anyone has made a stronger debut than he did with Aamir. Tragically he didn't win a single debutante award for it
While I think Bollywoods inherent nepotism and lack of meritocracy is to blame for Rajeev not getting his own due, his own reticence and absence of PR Macinery are also huge factors.
But a few days back I came across a huge number of videos from the 2005-2010 phase where he was very comfortable with the media (ironically before social media)

There's another adorable video of Star Plus visiting his family in Jaipur and his mother asking folks to find him a sweet simple girl.
I only started following him in 2015. So it's a mystery to me how his attitude towards the media shifted so drastically.
1) Was there an event/ episode that changed his approach?
2) Do you think he would have done better in Bollywood if he had been more media savvy?
3) Are there any recent videos/ photos of him with his own family? The earlier press coverage indicates that he had an adorable relationship with his mother, his brother, brother's wife, his nephews. But the only photos I have seen recently are the ones that people pull from the social media profiles of his wife Manjiri and her family. Sadly his own family isn't present in them.
