Samar is driving to alibagh.he reaches a point where it shws alibagh 1km.he stops the car and mks a call.he asks one person wht is the address of the given phone number.the man refuses then samar says he is shinde.samar is all the time talking in shinde style speech.the man then gvs samar the address for the ph.no. samar reaches the place to find guards patrolling.he finally clobbers one and tks the keys to enter a room.kaali watches everything.samar enters the room to find a man on bed.its rakesh.samar wakes hm up and asks hm where's sunita and whts he doing hre. He confroints rakesh and tells hm tht he hs killed rupali and nw the blame hs cme on irawati.kaali hears everthng.there's sme listening device in the room.kaali calls sunita and tells her abt samar.sunita also puts on her listening device to hear everything thts happening in the room.

Here in the court the time has almost cme.police bring irawati to the court.karan tells her he'll luk for samar.shinde tells karan tht he'll nt cme anymore.here bhushan informs shinde tht he hs brought dilip verma frm the up court so tht they can produce the man himself and nt jst his pic.
Samar ask rakesh whts the time.rakesh tells hm.hy are still running and thn cme to the road. At the court everyone is siting waiting fr samar.the prosecution lawyer says nw when he culd nt cme better give the verdict.as the judge starts to gv the verdict samar enters wth rakesh.rakesh is bleeding.everyone is shocked.judge then asks samar whts this.samar tells the judge tht this is rakesh rupali's husband and he'll gv statemnt regarding rupali's murder.in the meanwhile he asks one court personal to call a doctor.rakesh then tells his story.
