I just came across this FF.
it is very different and I love the way you have portrayed Dr. R's parents.
The elderly romance , easy banter between the father and the son are penned very well.Although i feel that Khushi's family's point of view should be brought out in an more in-biased context.People in lower middle class communities are short on finances and hence are highly dependent on their communitiy's support . This is one of the major reasons why they seek their community's approval. I feel Shashi and Garima's hands are tied in not supporting Khushi. And she has made no effort to defend DrR to her parents.
I am not sure if you have completed the story yet, as I am not able to find parts beyond 45.
If you choose to continue, please let me know as I am interested to see how Dr.R will handle Shashi and Garima.
