Fredo himself tweeted out his emails where he's colluding with Russia. The same meetings he first claimed didn't happen. Then he changed it to a meeting about adoption. When the NY Times got the emails and called him to comment before publishing, he tweeted out the emails himself. Nobody ever said any of the Trumps were smart.
Clearly said in the emails was that a Russian lawyer working for the government and with contacts to Putin wanted to meet him to deliver incriminating material about Hillary. Donny Jr. said he would "love that." Same emails said Russian government wants to help Trump.
Of course nothing will happen because congressional Republicans are venal and hoping they can use their orange stooge to pass through legislation benefiting rich people like themselves while screwing everyone else. So they will turn a blind item to treason.
It's strictly against the law to collude with foreign agents in an election and this is the smoking gun. I'm sure there is much much much more coming.
One day this family will be studied by history students as America's First Crime Family.
