I think that scene was beautifully done
Advay must have known Yash Narayan health condition
Shilpa must have told him already
But he seemed to not have any antagonist feelings for Yash
Does that mean he knows he was not that involved ?
He asks for his blessing and had offered him milk too
Yash gave his blessing that whatever he wanted to do
He would be successful in his mission
Exactly that happened
He inserted the needle which had a sedative
And Yash could not complete the ritual

Advay did seems to be cordial with him...but I guess it's for acting sake...

I don't think its possible for Advay to know who is involved and who is not as of now...here I agree with Deepa..but yes after hearing Yash's vision on Advay I doubt if he was an active participant of the whole fiasco...
