Everyone ignored the fact that Munna and Aryan are brothers after Bani told the truth.

Since everyone regards him as Bihaan, the relationship between Tina and Thapki isn't an issue. Besides, the mother and daughter relationship will always come first. When two sisters marry a pair of brothers, they don't stop being sisters, do they? Nor do they see each other as jethani and devrani. Why would it be any different for Thapki and Tina?

Because Thapki and Tina aren't sisters.. They are mother and daughter.. It feels odd and most importantly, Thapki married somebody whom she doesn't love..
