There are stories about the 'real' reason why Vivek and you broke up.
No one knows the real reason except me and him. The allegations are figments of sick minds trying to put the blame for the break-up on me.
But I won't be provoked into retaliating.
Considering the gravity of the allegations made against you, silence isn't advisable.
When I became involved with a wannabe star, I had no idea the profession comes with such murky baggage. I have no idea why my name is being dragged around in the mud by so-called friends of Vivek who are being quoted as authorities on our relationship. Do they realise the trauma they are causing me?
One of the reasons given for the break-up is that you constantly accompanied Vivek on the sets.
It was Vivek who wanted me to design his clothes for Road. I run a company of my own and certainly had no time to watch him shoot. Since we were both busy, we stole time to meet on his sets. If that was wrong, then so be it.
Did he pursue you relentlessly before you gave up your modelling career?
Whatever I gave up, the choice was entirely mine and I wouldn't blame Vivek for it. But yes, initially Vivek did pursue me. I wasn't interested because a relationship didn't figure in my scheme of my things.

So what broke up the relationship?
Our problems have to do with two people growing apart... their priorities changing. Vivek has changed beyond recognition because his working conditions have changed.
It is being said that you are a divorcee with a son before Vivek met you?
This is the most pathetic rumour I have ever heard. Even if our relationship has ended, Vivek hasn't been man enough to stand up and clarify these wild rumours. 😆

Were there problems between you and Vivek's father?
I think Mr Suresh Oberoi should be asked if he had problems with me. I never had any problems with him. The Oberois are busy people and so am I. So, we didn't interact too often. I had an individual relationship with Vivek and he had his own equation with his family.

But why was there an engagement when a break-up was round the corner?
I never thought things would go this way. We broke up because I wasn't willing to compromise on basic moral values. The truth is that I asked Vivek to change, or go.
