This reminds me of the romantic comedy "Fools rush in" It's also a true story about American Presbyterian man and Mexican Catholic falling in luv, getting married, the cultural clash etc

And the couple themselves produced it

But the diff is that movie had pleasant looking stars, watching the romantic scenes was not a torture

Kumail is a good comedian but then I saw him in the movie "Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates". He did some pretty gross NSFW scenes. It really disgusted me, i will never see him in the same light again😆😆

I want to see it. Glad to hear people are liking it. The only thing I have seen the lead actor in is Silicon Valley where he is styled to look like the typical smart but nerdy coder. I hesitate to say this but he looks like a pretty average Indian or Pakistani guy to me, not great looking, not ugly.
