No, at even half of this pace, there isn't anyone around.

Akki is super disciplined and keeps budget in control. Hats off to him for doing so many movies .

Akshay is involved only in movies while other actors are involved in other business too...this gives him more time for films. Plus, his movies have very low budget and are shot mostly in India...so the shooting gets completed in no time. His movies don't have elaborate sets or nice locations so the shooting goes on non stop whichout any break.This is why he's able to do four movies a year while others do only two movies.
