I am so happy... I was not sure if it had come across that Ragav is not in love with Maya... he loves her, but is not in love with her.

You are right, I was writing it out with her being killed, but as I thought of the progression of the story. I hesitated coz the Ragav in my head became very dark. The guilt for having involved her and caused her death was eating him up and at present Kalpi's character is of a weak girl. She would not be able to handle his darkness.

I then considered not killing her and that also brought an interesting story to be unfolded and without the guilt of Maya's death, Ragav would not be very dark and Kalpi would be in a better position to handle him.

Both scenarios were good, hence couldn't decide.

Thank you guys... I was not able to decide... both scenarios excited the writer in me... though I must say that killing Maya would have been more challenging for me as the story progressed.

Going with majority... Maya lives :)

I think Raghav needs to realize he is in love with Kalpi while Maya is still alive
