in the coridoor
everyone returns back abhi gets a call n he excuses himself... ridz pats karan and says what fun we had karan says exuse me control ..... cathy yawns.... karan says u all need rest i think u all better sleep so that we all can work fresh.....everyone goes to sleep ... happy singh follows pummy and she makes a excuse he says i will come with u i will stay with u she says how can u stay with me... happy singh says ya for that we need permission from sir na... pam says yes.... happy runs to karan and gets touchy while convincing karan gets confused taking his request of staying in a room in a wrong sense... he finally says that i want to stay with pam he says ohhhh... okkk no no how can i give u a quarters there ... thats for the girls... he says please... sir.. he says no.. pam comes... and says ohhh happyji what are u doing get off him... karan says ya.. please explain him she starts bashing him left right oh happyji u are very selfish... u only think about urself.. karan exuses himself.. and pam says how can u stay with me u only think about urself if anyone in punjab comes to know about it do u realise what they will think about me... he says oh no.. pam i will do as u say... but please dont say that i am dont care for u...
near poolside..
ri says that abhi was flirting with gaj so much but she dint even bother pam comes cathy asks her wheres happy singh.. pam gets irritated and says he wanted a room next to me .. before toh he wanted to be with me.. now he is with me in this tropical paradise ri says what pam u have a solid chakkar with him haan... she says not me but cathy ....shes with our own... karan they all start gigling ..... vm comes and scolds them ..what are u all doing together...
in karan's cabin
karan is talking to abhi he says that i am feeling very happy from within for the night club... and abhi says that ya offcourse .... cathy is the team leader na... karan says no yaar shes hardworking trust worthy... abhi says ya.. ya... get serious abhi karan says but u know cathy is a puzzle... theres something wierd about her abhi says that u know what actually all women are like puzzles.. ab apni gajra ko lelo... sometimes i feel shes a very old good frend ... and sometimes it seems as if she does'nt know me at all... .. ..karan says acha listen yesterday i saw anaida in the bar late night she was tensed i guess... abhi says ya...u havent assigned her any duty... so was ovious she was tensed... karan says she has been working here for so long... am i doing injustice with her....but ... i always wanted a young and vibrant team for this project.....but now i dont know if i was rite ...abhi says dont worry karan...
near poolside
vm scolds them that what are u all doing at 2 am near pool side and then laughs away saying hes really happy with the night club progress... and after that u all atleast deserve a evening celebration.... and then he is leaving when he turns and asks cathy to meet him the next day and that he wants to give her some suggestions ...personally... cathy says yess sir.. and vm leaves....
pam is dancing a song when gajra is looking at a cd... when cathy comes with the nightclub plan and tells the gals that this is our 1st step to sucess here.. and we should make sure that we shudnt let karan sir and this nightclub to be looked down upon...she asks for promise putting her hand forward everyone gives thier hand and promise to rock the plan..
its morning ...
in a cabin
karan and abhi ar sitting supervising the trainees..cathy assigns duties to everyone and asks ri to check the stock and payments.. pam says that cards are ready to come she says good ... cathy is telling karan and abhi that people are comming to measure the dance floor abhi says ok..... when everyone notices karan is lost in his thoughts abhi calls him ... and hes saying good uknowingly..... cathy asks for his suggestions.... he says everythin looks fine to me... right abhi he says yes .. and karan leaves saying that he has to leave to make some calls... he leaves ... abhi asks cathy to carry one.. and they get going...

anaida stops vm he tells her that u are looking tired ... have u been drunk last night... oh are u upset that i dint meet u last night .. i was with mandy... after all shes my wife...atleast bother about the reputation of tropical paradise if not urself...she says she is thats why shes here and tells vm that shes hurt that she has been working here since so many years n the new nightclub responsibilities to the new trainies....u know how much it hurts that night club is not only karan's its tropical paradise's nightclub.... vm says ..oh common anaida ... u know this hotel and nightclub is just equal to a drop in my wealth ..if it works.. then good for all... if not i will destry it... infact its insured... and i will gets its insurance money too... anaida.. says that u will do such a thing with ur own son .... he says u have a doubt on that... she cries...and vm says common stop all this crying and nakhras...oh common anaida... i have taught u the rules of my game ... now common go freshen up and get back to work....she leaves....
near a garden..
karan is all confused ... and says why is this happening and karan says that we did all planning did we get mistaken there .... no... cathy says i know there is problem....but .. karan says that whats this dance floor is not ready.... what about the cards.... cathy says .... i had given u all the details but u werent attentive at all i am sorry .. but karan is guilty and then immediately retorts but what about trust in u... i had trust u so much what about that i had so much faith in u ... u are the team leader and ur responsible for all this ... she says yes sir i know and its not late we can solve all the problems... we just need some time... cathy says u have to guide us come forward and take decision... we are just trainess u have experience ur the boss u should train us ... and why do we need to consult vm for every step karan says what what did u just say... she says ...i meant hes busy all the time so disturbing him for lil things is not good rite .. ur experienced .. u can take all decisions... everytime vm sir might not be available in this case u shud come forward and take all the decisions...
in karan's cabin
karan starts afresh he assigns everyone thier duties being more confident.... and he asks everyone to leave .... cathy says that perfect it was very inspiring.... he says yes .. even i thought so... he asks her that tommorrow i have to get the progress report tommorrow morning.... she suddenly waves..and says oh no ... karan says.... again doubtfully... why what happened... if theres any problem... she says no sir nothing like that.... actually vm sir had called me and i forgot karan again gets a lil confident and says yea if hes called u u must go and tells me what he suggests it will help us a lot cathy immediately says sure sir but whatever he says u are the boss all decisions regarding this nightclub should be taken by u ... he gets very confident and says ... ya... i have to manage the whole tropical paradise... i have to manage everything...
in vm's cabin...
cathy comes in and asks vm sir u wanted to discuss something he turns his chair and gets up saying tumhe kya laga tum bataogi nahin toh mujhe patha nahin chalegi ki tum kaun ho.... cathy suspects in her mind i think vm has found out the truth of my identity...
