Tubelight has grossed 182 across the world in its first week. The figure is the third highest of the year but is sixth highest for Salman Khan who has a record five films go over 200 crore worldwide in the first week. The film had a GROSS of 143 crore in India while in Overseas it did business of $6 million apprx (39 crore)in Overseas in week one.

This Overseas market also did not perform well but there the film was sold outright in some places while was give on commission in some places so wherever it was on commission there wer no losses. The film will surpass 200 crore worldwide but the 250 crore looks near impossible to reach due to the trend in all territories be it in India or Overseas.Below are the top ten worldwide opening weeks of 2017.
