Tabu has her own house in Hyderabad, a sprawling bungalow. She does come from Hyd, hence is based there as she deliberately wanted to stay away from the craziness in Mumbai. She also has a house in Mumbai, where she camps whenever she is shooting for a movie there.
As for the blind, as long as both parties are single, they are free to socialise with anyone they choose. How does it matter!
