| Character Butchering | - Then & Now

MAYA- "jitna bhi chaho ye duniya badalne nahi deti" is something I totally agree on. Nothing justifies what she has done but what has been done to her is not justified either.

Vandana- What if she accepted Maya instead of doing all the saas-bahu naatak, nothing of this sort may have happened and she might have tried to live in a happy family?

Ayan- The loving devar was wronged, nobody deserves to be falsely accused of rape but physically assaulting or trying to take over a female (even if it is for a key) is not accepted at all. I do not even agree to his point where he has come back and is calling her a "bitch", he is also doing what Maya does, PRETENDING.

Ashwin- That guy deserves that death. I rest my case.

Samay- he also deserves what he go. I rest my case.

Saanjh- A nice girl, a good character but is that real? What part of she needs to stop meddling in someone else's family matter and just go away she does not understand? I respected her one sided love, but abhi bhi ? She cannot get over him then why not get away from him? I think no wife in her right or wrong mind would accept her husband running away to someone else for support?

I no more see the strong saanjh as well ,who fought. She is all tears and sad faces.

Jhanvi- This is the only character I feel is wronged by Maya, I understand she never stood up for Maya when she was young but she has tried supporting her in her way but all Maya does is try to kill her, drown her. Here Maya can never be justified. I think Jhanvi deserves to kill Maya if it ends like that.

Arjun- I would have killed my husband if he behaved the way this guy does. I know he is trapped and whatever but he needs to draw a line for all his relationships.

MAYA- THE MOST BUTCHERED CHARACTER EVER. Why could not they continue with the hard working, arrogant, fashion diva who slapped an inspector for Arjun because he did him wrong. Now all I see is her doing wrong things. Beyhadh could have gone a positive way at times but no they have to make her kill people, kill them again, and so on. It is very frustrating. I so wanted season 3 to be her time for payback. I wanted her to change and I know that she is beyond repair but she could have struggled. This is just not acceptable. I though Maya did wrong things only for Arjun but the maya they have been showing is just plain selfish and does things for herself. This is not beyhadh pyaar this is selfishness.

PS- can someone tell me if they ever showed what happened to that Pandit in Mauritius. They have wrapped all loose ends right? what about this one.

I will reserve my comments on Pandit's murder for right now till we get any clues

Samay's body has not been found by police or anything as its almost 6 months. I feel his and Ashwin's murder case will be dragged to the court towards climax when Jhanvi will be cured. I will not comment on any of the characters right now because that would lead to another war zone in your thread. All I would say every characters need to realize their mistakes, do redemption and that would be considered as growth development in story and each characters

Yes both Ashwin and Samay/Rajiv deserved to die. And Samay/Rajiv was not murdered, he was killed in self defence by Maya.

The pandit in Mauritius might have died a natural death.

Yes Maya is mad and bad but she does not harm people who understand her and are good to her.

There is no character in the show who is white and pure as a lily. So along with Maya, karma is going to catch up with them too.
