Hi all, next 2 parts coming back to back ...
Om was enjoying the night beauty of the palace, the rooms were so large. He had never been to a palace.He smiled, thinking that his wife is a princess...but...she did not introduce him as her pati today...may be she might b hating this beast who had tortured like hell. It is good if he is moving out of her life, in fact he didn't even ask her permission b4 marrying her. It was not a proper marriage even. So it's better not to inform her family about this meaningless shaadi.But... somehow he was still missing her...their fights on who will sleep on the floor...Everyday she would bring ice water for him by her own hands. He used to tease her for being dharam patni to look after him.
He heard a knock on the door. He wondered whom it could be.There was a servant on the door.
" saabji, rajkumari gouri had asked to give this barfwali pani here!!"
His heart ached for 1 moment. He took the tray inside.He was trying to forget things for a peaceful night. But he understood that he cannot totally get rid of her from his mind. He was crying the whole night...
2 days had passed. Rikara's ignorance continued. But gouri was taking utmost care of him without going near him. All he needed reached in correct time in front of him; whether it was food or any other comforts.She had even sent him an art kit for drawing or sculpting. She had appreciated him in front of her family about his art; the family was so happy to know this.
The palace was filled with music and dance Everytime. The palace excitedly viewed their rajkumari's talents.Aniri were also happy as they could spend so much time together. They used to play with Anshika and the younger generation of Jodhpur palace just like kids. Shivay was happy as he could see his wife enjoying the love of a family. The sisters were treated like kids by the family by dadi, dadu, choti ma, buas, chachus etc. It was a big joint family after all.
But Om couldn't enjoy whole heartedly all this.because he badly missed gouri. He didn't have the courage to go in front of her.
As he was lost in thoughts, he passed by gouri's room. He was astonished to see her. She was standing there like an angel in pure white salwar; with a brush in her hand and a canvas in front of her.
He entered the room without thinking, just staring at her.Even gouri didn't notice him. She was trying to draw but couldn't; something was holding her back. She was startled when Om called her. She was shocked. He expected her to ask him to get out. But surprisingly she just looked him & turned towards the canvas.
G: ka hua?
O: wo...gouri...
He actually wanted to apologize to her about all his past deeds. But he was afraid if this would lead to another scene, which would expose the truth in front of the Royal family. So he thought to divert the topic.
O: I want to ask u something. From the time when I taught u , u had big problem in drawing in the canvas. What is ur exact problem? Share it with me.. Don't worry, U need to say this to ur teacher, not pati.
She was silent for sometime. Then she faced the canvas and began unfolding the mystery.
" My papaji, was an art teacher. He used to draw magically.He also used to teach me.I always loved all his classes.My papaji had been the witness of a murder done by kali long back when I was 12 years. He even appeared as witness in the court.
One evening , papaji was teaching me . That time kali entered and shot him dead. He died in my hands.His blood fell on the canvas and thus brush. Since then whenever I see the canvas, my papa's death cones in front of my eyes.I smell blood in the canvas..."
Her eyes were red and teary. She took an old brush." This is papaji's brush. I always feel he is with me whenever I take this brush. My papaji.."
She was nearly breaking down. An already broken Om was again torn apart. Without thinking he asked.
" shall I make u draw?"
Gouri had not expected this.Both of them reminisced their old moments when he used to teach her. A sweet silence filled the room.Gouri didn't turn back, she was facing the canvas.
Om moved close to her. She was moving away. He grabbed her by her waist. She gasped.Still she didn't turn back.He slowly took her wrist which was holding a pencil. He was feeling her hair's fragrance. He raised her hand and began drawing looking at her; he didn't see the canvas even once.
Gouri was breathing deeply. Even b4 meeting Om, she had dreamt this same situation where he is making her draw. She was closing her eyes all the time and was feeling him.Sometime later ,she opened her eyes and saw the canvas.
It was the picture of 2 birds sitting on a branch together , looking each other lovingly with opened wings; their heads touching each other. She didn't know what to say. She felt a wetness in her nape. She turned back and saw a teary eyed Om.Both were reading their minds thru eyes,without saying anything. Both were so close . Both were so calm . They were actually enjoying and anxious about their proximity. It seemed that they had made another world for themselves; where there was only love and love.
"Chutki beta!!!" both were started by this voice. It was gouri's dadi's voice. Om was confused. He didn't know what to tell dadi. As she entered, she saw Om moving out of the room; he plainly smiled at her. Dadi was doubtful.She had come to call gouri for shopping.
Later she called anika to her room.
D: anika beta, mein kuch poochna chahti Hun, chutki ke bare me.
A: zaroor dadi.
D: wo...is there any connection with chutki and tumhari devar?
Anika was confused. what will she tell?
D: mein dekhri hum.These 2 days, I had been seeing the way she is doing things for him.She knows everything needed for him; that too at correct time. Today I saw him in her room too.I can see both r having special feelings for each other. Y is this beta?
Anika decided to disclose the whole matter to her parivar and somehow bring them closer...
This was the 3rd day in the palace. It was morning and was a busy day, as some special guests from royal family were coming to meet aniri.Both sisters were active in doing all arrangements and their family were so stunned with the simplicity of the sisters.
At 10 am, the guests arrived.Oberois were also excited as this is aniri's elder bua and her family who were the guests.
The guests entered the palace after the grand welcome functions.All were seated in the main darbar.
Bua hugged the sisters
" namasthe betiyaan, mein hu rajini Singh, tumhari papaji ki didi."
All smiled. The sisters said, " humhe pata buaji." and took her blessings.
"ye he MERI pati, balramji . We do have a big business empire and also his bhaiyya is an mp too."
And then came a dashing young gentle man in perfect business suit. Bua continued.
" ye he humari pyari beta, suryajith Singh."
He did a namasthe to both sisters.
A: (to gouri) very sanskari ladka hai na chutki?
G: haan didi, bilkul.
Om was noticing this.
B: he is a very nice boy. He is the only owner of our business empire and now he is gonna try his luck in politics too.But he is a very cultural person too in spite of this tender age. Very religious too.
D: bilkul , one of my best grandchildren.He is a dadi's beta.
B: tumhe pata. Surya's and Anika's wedding was fixed in their childhood itself, according to our custom.
Shivay almost frowned and anika saw this. She was laughing and teasing him with her eyes.Gouri was also smiling.
D: it's ok, rajini. We have chutki also right?? She is also a good match for him, hai na anika beta????
Few pairs of eyes were shocked.They were constantly watching rikara.
2 pairs of eyes were bulged out!!!!
