hey guys i need ur help i just started watching this show

so i had few questions why do kanya hate randir so much n who is this ayan?

Ayan is the nephew(bhatija) of ranbir and ranbir is his chachoo, kanya loved ayan but when everyone came to know that she is kanya not shanaya as kanya did a drama to be a rich hotel owner named as shanaya so their engagement was broken and now ayan and real shanaya are married. Kanya hate ranbir because he many times insulted her family members and he was the one who broke ayan and kanya's engagement by telling the truth to ayan and everybody else. But now kanya and ranbir are married. Hope that helps...
