If someone has proofs of her crimes, she wants the proofs to be destroyed even if that action costs a life.

Someone who does crimes/evil actions is the villain, so Maya is definitely the villain of this show.

No mentally disturbed or physiologically ill person (except the ones having chota mota depression) will go for treatment by him/herself. If he/she aware about it then he/she will try to hide it in fear of judgement by others or in fear of loosing loved ones.
There should be someone very strong and intelligent not like the dumbest Sanjh who can find the real reasons of her nature and admit her in hospital or asylum so that she can be treated and make her realize her condition with love and care that she truly needs treatment.

And why exactly the others are suffering?

Answer : Because of Maya's illness, her beyhad-ness. Again. MAYA. So yes Beyhad is all about Maya and how she deals with each and every person she gets involved with.

@blue-italic whatever so called reason?!! I think you haven't dealt with a person like Maya in real life that's why you aren't able to understand the magnitude of the whole problem. Whatever May ais doing is not only hurting others but it is also damaging her bit by bit.

@purple-bold A psychologically ill patient especially one like Maya won't take action for their treatment themselves. THEY NEED BLOODY SUPPORT!! They need family and friends.

@underlined Roaming freely? Huh?! Really? She needs help, she needed help but no one did. She doesn't need to be imprisoned or something. For her crimes, yes but for her illness, no.

@red And still you need to question that why Maya is behaving so?
Arjun is not just her love or her husband, he is her life. Maya's world revolves around Arjun and Arjun only. He is her sun. And whatever, whosoever in this effing world would try to take Arjun away from her one way or the other Maya won't let him.

@pink-bold OF COURSE SHE WILL! Whatever she does is for the sake of keeping Arjun with her, by her side. Let's take example of "normal" people whom should live peacefully while others suffering from serious illness can rot in some prison with being treated before.

Accidental murders...a person who commits a murder accidentally will of course try to erase the proofs so that he won't be accused of or jailed. That's how a normal person would react and you expect a psychologically ill person to turn herself in? If Maya was to do that then why in the world would she commit such crimes for at first place. For fun? NO. For Arjun. When she can kill for Arjun without any regret why would she turn herself in? Because according to her she did nothing wrong, just acted to stay safe and make sure Arjun is with her.

@orange-bold-underline No. Maya is not a villain. She is a character with the darker shades of grey. For Maya to be villain it would mean that Saanjh is the heroine😆 which my dear for your kind information, IS NOT.

What is Beyhad in Saanjh or Arjun? >> NOTHING.
Is there something Beyhad about Vandana or Ayaan or some other character >> NO. NAH. NOPE.

Maya has the essence of Beyhad-ness. Maya is Beyhad and Beyhad is ALL ABOUT Maya.

BTW, have you seen a Zee TV show titles as "Raavan". It's based on Raavan's life who apparently is also a villain. Now should I argue that hey Raavan is the villain of Ramayana why should the show be title "Raavan"? When the main idea of the show is Raavan's life then why in the world would someone name it "Ram" or any other title?

Maya is the protagonist of the show titled as "Beyhad". It is a story about a girl suffering from psychological disorders and is a grey character (neither black nor white). She in her romantic love story plays games, manipulates her boyfriend/husband so that he won't leave her like others did.

And just so that you won't twist my words further >> SAANJH ISN'T A VILLAIN EITHER.
Beyhad doesn't have a villain. It has the most relate-able and realistic characters where Maya is the main protagonist, Arjun being the male lead and Saanjh is "parallel female lead". Even Arjun is of second importance, Maya tops the list. She is the main character who is not a villain.

woww...so beautifully you wrote it👍🏼

@purple bold..I totally agree with that. I am saying that yes Maya needs to be kept away from people so that she won't harm them but she needs the support of family too. She shouldn't be left alone or isolated just kept away till she recovers. Like in rehab, a medical center. She needs therapy.

@pink-bold I am really sorry that I misunderstood your statement. I really am😊

@green-bold You can't expect a knife to not cut. See it is Maya's illness, her insecurities and her obsessive love that is becoming more and more harmful to other.

@orange-bold It's her illness and insecurity again. Mainly I would credit that to her jealousy which is mostly irrelevant, but is a part of her illness. And I have mentioned before that yes for the crimes Maya committed she needs to be punished but shouldn't she be treated first? Treat her, let her realize that she was wrong and then punish her. At least she will know why she is being punished.

@blue-bold Again with the case study thing. Maya or any other person like her is not an object! She should be treated but not isolated or locked up like a prisoner. And just because studying a medical case as such is a beneficial practice that doesn't give anybody the right to teat a patient as just an object to study.

@BOLD Cool! No issues!
Final comments: I would like to wait & see if Maya is indeed medically treatable or not!
