Her third crime, pushing Jhanvi from a building.. she did that coz Jhanvi wanted to reveal everything to Arjun.

Her fourth and biggest crime, a life is lost.. Saanjh left them alone for 3 years, but just because of her insecurities, she planted Samay in Saanjh's life.

Wait and read how people will defend all this. Maya is just like The Donald. she can do no wrong.
If she is so innocent, then we should not have police and jails around the world because 80 % of people who are doing crimes are scared and reacting to their past traumas. Regardless of how beautiful and innocent Maya looks, she has done everything wrong (All crimes) in the eyes of law of every country in the world. Why people give excuses for her actions is beyond my comprehension.
Do I feel bad that a young girl had to go through such a horrible pass? Totally..infact I cried watching that.
But should I give excuss for a grown A... woman killing, destroying, and endangering other peoples lives over minor issues(except for her dad's case (not minor)), Hell NOO!.
Samey is her prefect match. the only reason she is not as aggressive to Arjun as Samey is to her is only because she is a woman. She has no physical strength to pIN Arjun down or rape him.
Forget the fact that she kept inviting him into her life...All by herself.🤢

To be honest that is very true. Maya should have stayed away. But to be honest it looks like this was inevitable... samay has been following Maya for the last 8 years. He has proof of all the crimes she has committed... he has been collecting them. Maya made the mistake of letting him back into her life ... but to be honest it looks like he never left... this was going to happen whether she invited him or not.

It is not strange but plain absurdity that the man she married -who is in deep love with her & spends most of his time with her, has no knowledge about her activities like what she is doing and whom she is talking to over phone all the time! The other man is even meeting her regularly behind her husband's back at their house in hall, bed room, office, outside in a hotel room, her godown, Saanj's house and you name the place, there too, just around everywhere!

Arjun is not just dumb but indeed he has no eyes, no ears , no spine and no brain, even! He is truly under Maya with none of his sensors working for him!

There is absolutely no need for maya to be obsessive about him, because such a paralysed man has no place to go, except his 5-star prison of his choice!

On the other hand, Maya who suffered under Rajeev is still going back to him or attending his calls, using him for her plans even allowing him to touch her body!

She loved him once & expected love from him, it seems! Can it get more absurd than this? How can Maya expect love from someone who was only interested in physical gratifications? is love all about physical for maya, then -some 8 years ago & now also?

Agreed , not much revealed about her past and with Samay disappearing and Maya moving to next phase, there is not much hope for it, either!

But, Maya did say that in a FB sequence while she was with Jhanvi that she loved Rajeev once and expected love from him too! That is what I am commenting as absurd when she herself recalled in another FB day before yesterday that she paid a price & threw away her gun before picking up the cricket bat!
I am not believing Shirpa but Maya herself feels she was abused & exploited by this man!
She loved him once and now continues to use him and even trusts him! ( 'Tumahare hote hue . . .' SMS text message!)

See you have to think from the prospective of a person as psychologically challenged as Maya. Saanjh did nothing I agree but according to Maya Saanjh is the girl who she thinks that can steal her Arjun from her. For Maya Arjun is the most precious, he's her life and because of her psychological condition making her insecurities grow more and more (because Maya isn't going through any proper treatment) all that makes her hate Saanjh and she thinks that Saanjh is her love rival.

And about Ashwini, Vandana, Prem, Ayaan..all of them, to Maya they were threats. All of them could have taken Arjun away from here that's why she did what she did.

The crimes she committed are what she shouldn't have. But here some are forgetting the whole gist of the show!

Maya is shown to be a psychologically challenged woman who has gone through numerous hardships that made her like this. She is indeed sick but of course this normal world can't accept some abnormality. Just because someone has psychological problems they are considered mad.

To understand what Maya did you have to keep in mind her condition. To her everything that she did there is only one reason, "Arjun" which according to her (a patient) is right because she is just trying to keep and protect what is hers. Because of no proper treatment Maya's insecurities are just growing more and more which are making her do more and more wrong.

I do not know what exactly happened with her and Samay/Rajiv so I am not gonna explain that now cause I have to understand it myself first.

Her actions can't be justified, no. She did wrong and for that she should be punished but I only feel sympathy and pity for her not hatred.

Two wrongs doesn't make a right. Maya being psychologically ill( that is still unsure..btw) is not a justification for the crimes and so is the reasoning that since Maya didn't get a proper treatment, she is free to commit any crime. Sorry but this excuse doesn't work any more. Everybody around Maya- and particularly Maya herself admits that she is 'pagal'(her own words), yet nobody dares to make her better. I think not helping a so-called psychologically challenged person is a even bigger threat than the challenged person himslef.

And yes, all laws give allowances for a mentally challenged person only if its proved by a specialist and the patient commits to betterment.

I am not justifying her actions, I am just telling the reason behind what Maya does which she thinks is purely justifiable. I think I have mentioned in my other comment that no proper treatment is causing her insecurities to grow and that no one else is at fault. Neither Vandana nor Saanjh.
But I really think that Maya is ill, her condition is making her evil but she is not mad. She's mad in love airtight but she is not mentally challenged. A mentally challenged person can't plot, plan and kill like this no?

Rather than getting hatred for her I feel pity.

These psychological problems are ready messy, Maya is not suffering from one but many. I have seen patients like her, have seen how their condition deteriorates. The level of Maya's illness is at that point where she isn't able to differ between what's right and what's wrong. Patients like that won't step up themselves and say that they need treatment. Sufferings you won't be able to recognize if someone is suffering from such psychological conditions, from outside they appear normal but what's going inside is not so.

The fear of being not accepted, being judged and being abandoned is why a psychologically ill patient will never accept/agree that they need treatment. Maya is same, she fears that if he reality of her illness came in front of Arjun he will not accept her, judge her mental stability, call her mad and psycho and will ultimately leave her.

And again I will stress on the point that ask this is not an excuse it justification of what Maya did. I only stated the reason that Maya's ill mind thinks that it's justfiable.
