Look at Begum in Refugee and that horrible Mein Prem Ki Deewani if you can bear to watch it. Look at her cheeks in particular and then tell me she has no surgery, fillers done. That just aint photoshop or makeup contouring. Karishma looks better post than pre and it just ain't grooming and exercise trust.

Wrong. sonam had a brain surgery. there is no solid proof though but Unfourtunately the doctors were newcomers so they forgot to put back the important part of the brain.
