What will affect shivay the most?

If he found out about his illegitimacy - which may be a lie anyway - he would have shattered but Anika and Omru would have helped him through the pain.

We can't change the truth,if he is truely illigetamate & if he knows about it,he should move on,as he can't change anything about it,so he will be alright after some time or some years,but losing loved ones is the most painful thing in the world,it's scar will remain for life long,so definitely its anika leaving,but poor anika didn't know how much he loves her she has no idea,in today episode also she is crying as she can't able to stay away from Shivay, & Shivay can't bear the illegatmate truth,but she is not giving a hoot about how he will feel when she will leave him,yes in yesterday episode she just thought "Shivay trying to erase distance betwn them,but Pinky trying to separate them,"but she is not taking it seriously how he will suffer when she leaves him.

I think both are important for him.
But Anika is actually more because she has became his life!
NKK truth will defo shatter him but I'm sure Anika and his brothers Om & Rudy will help him to overcome this reality.
