So as per precap Annika will seek Tia's help will comes to know about daima's video n omkara's illegitimacy...I don't think Tia know the details whether it's about Shivaay or om...so Annika will assume it's about om...she will leak the video in front of the family so that Shivaay will kick her out...also there was an Insta video were Pinky bickering to Shivaay about how Ani is trying to separate him from omru...may be this is coming up...

But Anika is not such selfish to hurt om to protect Shivay from the pain.She knows om's hurting & revealing Shivay's truth gives the same pain to Shivay. If it happens I think he will take the burden on him & will fake the content in video is related to Shivay not Om to prevent Om from suffering
