First, me writing this post by no ways means I'm watching the show. I mean every word I wrote yesterday i.e reading written updates till the negativity or my interest in the show ends- whichever ends first.
But as they say, things start looking better in the morning, they are comparatively and so I thought let me extend the small ray of optimism that I've woken up with.
We all freaked out before every new characters entry be it Mallika, kamini and even Daksh (some at least) but nothing much happened. More importantly all the entries were short lived. Kamini though still present, never irritated us as much as the annoying Pinky did.
With Tia and Mrs Kapoor exit, Shivika has no antagonist. Lets face it, an antagonist is important in an Indian tv show.
You will ask, what is Kamini then? Angel of kindness?
Kamini is an antagonist but her goal isn't Shivika or Shivika relationship unlike Daksh, Tia or Mrs Kapoor. Her target is mainly Pinky (whom she is supporting but will backstab sooner or later) and her goal is Shakti (though god knows why- he is as exciting as a cabbage leaf) and the Oberoi wealth.
Pinky is against Shivika but essentially that lady will be portrayed as a positive character (even after 50 murders). She is shown stooping down for two reasons
1. To make one appreciate the relationship when Pinky whole heartedly accepts Annika. (Pinky doing anything positive or negative makes me puke right now)
2. To pave way for the villain and then when the villain turns her back on Pinky for her to realize how lucky she is to have the mahaan Annika.
So whether separation happens or not, Pinky will create such situation where she brings in the new entry who is everything Shivaay wanted in a wife before Annika came in the picture. She will show how perfect she is for Shivaay as compared to Annika and will make circumstances where Shivaay believes the same- at least practically. She will be everything he imagined Tia was- well educated, successful, belonging to a reputed family, a socialite.
But emotionally Shivaay knows no one loves him more than Annika and he cannot love anyone else other than his Panika.
But circumstances will bring misunderstandings and problems between Shivika and something major might happen where (the highest point of the arc), like last episode, all of us will board the ship of depression, warn each other not to watch the episode and stick to WU.
Post that Pinky will be revealed and Shivika will be together. Shivaay will be more and more into Annika and they will obviously show Pinky changed for good.
Then will start the actual reason for the new entry.
The new entry will be obsessed with Shivaay by then and she will take a leaf from Maya's ( from Beyhad) book and start planning to kill Annika leaving Shivaay in varying stages of heart attack. And Shivaay and Annika will be against her just as RiKara were against Swetlana. And IPK will be back to the track we are most familiar with-
Attacks on Oberois :Hits and misses
IB has been on the lines of ipk till now and as I was sitting here depressed, I went through ipk posts and I remembered one quote that IPK went by which holds true for IB as well
Hate will bring two absolutely different people together, love will separate them and a misunderstanding will get them back together again. Finally, love will triumph over everything else
So this was my attempt to see the glass half full and to lift the spirits of the forum. Though I don't know if I managed to lift them or sink them further down.

How many remember, during Mallika entry, the most trustworthy sites, came up with one news- Mallika will be Shivaay's ex who will enter OM to support SVR in business and take Oberoi wealth or something like that- kya hua?
