Pre script: it will be a long post, and also please do not bash me for what I'm going to write as I will be sharing my viewpoint. It's mine alone, so you can only share your view on my views, you cannot bash me or condemn me for having that view. Considering the amount of negativity everywhere, it will also be better to not spread anymore negativity by criticizing anyone on their view points. I mean no offense to anyone. Peace.
Till yesterday even I was upset about the way shivaay screamed at Annika. Even I wanted him to apologize to her and whoever has seen today's episode knows that the apology never came. Till yesterday even I wanted Annika to walk away, but then yesterday's episode made me realize that Annika isn't the type that walks away from the problem, she's the one that faces the problem. In all this lets not forget that more than anyone of us here it's Annika who understands Shivaay better then anyone. It's her whose living with him everyday, seeing every action he takes. Let's not scold shivaay for being rude to Annika. We could be in the position to scold shivaay only if Annika was unhappy. Yes she was hurt, very much in fact. But she didn't curse him even once in her mind for hurting her. She's given shivaay that power, not saying annika is wrong but what I'm saying is every relation comes with many emotions and hurt is one of it. When annika tried to reveal that it was pinky who brought Nayantara into the house, shivaay was furious. I know he should have trusted her but come on its his mom. We know what pinky is up to but he doesn't. And even annika wants to keep it that way, so who are we to complain? I'm not saying pinky is right, of course she isn't but don't blame shivaay. At that time when shivaay didn't believe annika the first time even I was angry. He called it a misunderstanding but it wasn't a misunderstanding. At that point even I was angry at him. But annika was sad because of the way she put forward the truth to shivaay, not because shivaay didn't believe her. Today she was scared about what would happen if shivaay stops trusting her. Again here she wasn't angry at him. What I realised from today's episode is that annika is happy with shivaay. Even with pinky doing whatever she is, annika is happy with shivaay. Her first instinct is to protect him from the harsh truth of whatever pinky said. If she wasn't happy she would have left long ago. But she's happy and to me that's what matters. She's hurt, but tell me one thing don't we get hurt? Everyone's saying she deserves better, but that would only apply if she wouldn't be happy!! But she's is. Not in the moment but she's content with shivaay.
Coming to the point where Annika's character changed and she's nit the old annika and all, but I don't agree to this. Annika still stood up for what is right, she still does. That time she wasn't related to any of them and no paw she is and before saying anything she has to think about all that also. Before she had to be firm to shivaay to make herself clear and now she doesn't have to because he understands her and is ready to listen to her without throwing a tantrum except when he's furious. We all make mistakes and that's what makes us human, their mistakes and flaws, make them human. I don't feel annika lost her old self, I just feel she has started shining more.
I'll end my post by saying till annika is happy we are no one to complain, bash or hate anything that is going on in their lives, let's not forget that we are spectators and we have a little say in their personal lives. Let's give them time and let them handle it all by themselves. That's what annika said to OmRu and all during the shivaay got exposed day.
And yes annika is still the strong girl.
