How does one interpret today's episode?! Pinky has clearly crossed all levels of decency. Gawd, the venom she was spewing out today. I am scared that this also may be another trap of pinky's or is she hell bent on doing her own OMM?
Ok so the good things:
- Gauri reaching out to Annika to help her. But my dear Gauri, if you noticed something then, why didn't you speak out? You would have helped your bhouji na? Or were you afraid of Nandi shouting at you once again? Next time, pl support annika publicly, she needs it. The whole bloody family has short term memory loss about what all she has done for them.
- A strong Jhanvi. Standing up against prinku and whatever nonsense pinky wants to do. Hopefully she too will support Annika remembering the nonsense pinky spilled out to her in her idiocy.
- A helpful Rudy. If the separation thing is true, then hopefully Rudy will remember that annika bhabhi called to ask him how to access the CCTV footage.
Now for the OMM that happened. A confident Annika first tried to plead to pinky's non existent good side. Then she told pinky to back off otherwise she will show everyone the CCTV footage. And here's when the bomb dropped. Pinky said she knows Shivaay's weakness, NKK. And he's an illegitimate child of Shakti and Kamini, she has known this truth since his birth. If Annika doesn't get herself thrown out in 3 days, she will tell Shivaay this truth. Oh-em-gee
Pinky was like a vicious snake today, out to bite and kill whatever came her way.
She has figured out annika's weakness, ie Shivaay and will play on it. She's willing to sacrifice the happiness of her Heera jaisa beta, that much was obvious for sometime, but the extent to which she's willing to destroy it came known today. All this spiel she would give about carrying Shivaay for 9 months and making him the man he is. Mera Shivaay mera Shivaay. What utter bunkum. Shivaay was just a way for her to be accepted. That it was her son who was the eldest Oberoi, that she got respect coz she was Shivaay Singh oberoi's mother. She hasn't raised a son, she has raised a thoroughbred who she is willing to sacrifice the minute he's becoming useless to her. Coz he is no longer just pinky Oberoi's son, but he's annika's husband. How ungrateful of him when she took on another woman's son to have forgotten her. Is this a revenge she's seeking from Shivaay? Till now she seemed like an obsessive mother, today she proved to be a lunatic.
Another possibility is that she fed him this NKK nonsense since birth in order to take out her frustration of having raised her husband's illegitimate child. God, what a vicious woman. Isse acha nahin accept karti!
But this track makes a mess out of her suffering when he was shot or when he came back after kidnapping!
I feel bad for Annika, stuck between a rock and a hard place. But chin up woman, you are Shivaay SINGH oberoi's strength, whatever may happen to him, if you are by his side, he will bear it. If you leave him like ponky is suggesting, it will break him.
Also, poor Shivaay. If kameeni is indeed his mother, and I can't wrap my head around it. She hates one son and tried to kill the other! And pinky knew about Mahi immediately. Why shut up then? Did she know who he was when he was insulting her or taking kameeni's side? She was happy to see her Shivaay then and even thanked Annika for bringing him back. And then she underwent a brain and heart transplant overnight.

Another worry - is pinky just play acting here in sync w kameeni in order for Annika to do something stupid and get thrown out? Perhaps kameeni fed her this story? God, I don't even want to think of that twist.
Pinky ke character ki OMM ho chuki hai! I don't know how this arc will close now. The good thing is, Annika only has 3 days to do whatever the hell she has to. Perhaps she will tell Shivaay the truth about his birth. He will know the truth and throw her out! Ek teer se do nishane!
In re prinku - what a waste of screen space. Pehle bolti nahin thi, and now that she has started talking, talks only nonsense. Well not entirely may be, she did tell Shivaay that if Annika and Gauri are accepted why not Ranveer. Perhaps that will get Shivaay to calm down. I couldn't read him at all today. Worried, upset and thoughtful. But no clue what he was thinking.
On a lighter note, we needed to check CCTV footage in my office today for some things that had gone missing. I had a bit of a hysterical attack, my colleagues I am sure were wondering if I have lost it!!
Also, on a lighter note. The sister show was such a delight today. Nandi transformed into the Om we knew and loved. And Rudy was hilarious. Do watch it to take the tension off IB!
