If she does turn out to be pregnant, I guess consummation happened offscreen after that arm wrestling scene. They never leave Shivika romance scenes incomplete like that without Anika running off or someone interrupting them.

But I don't think she is pregnant. CVs left that scene like that so that they could keep options open. I don't want more pregnancy drama.
