The equation is reversed

A brilliantly conceived plot has gathered momentum The love game goes on.

Intuition is the..belief obtained neither by reason nor by perception.

Chandra should have been intuitive enough to believe his wife

He totally failed in insight and instinct..so has to do a herculean job to make her love him again

So much of passion for both, but their relationship is stuck, both have to push thru it

We can see some rhythm to their seemingly mood swinging.

Now it is Nandini's turn to be sarcastic, and pass caustic remarks

They love each other so much, we can see predictable emotional waves.

When he tries to hold her hands she pulls away; helps her to climb the tree to pick the mangoes; he sees her committed parental care,

Their foregone feelings of love automatically come into play and in the process they forget the whole world (good thing, they didn't show the hamam scene again).

Both Rajat and Swetha are so beautiful; their restoration and recovery of intimacy is elegantly portrayed ;

The lovely couple ..both are adorable and captivating. They are completely engrossed in their unique world

(Then and there) we also get some hilarious mix ups

Her sheer ability in the romantic interludes, the heartfelt scenes when she looks after Bindu are touching. The renewed chemistry between the lead pair is a delight.

He has again fallen for her and always likes to be near her; to play ,to giggle and do nothing

Though she is not in regal costumes, her simple dress gives her a look of divinity. After so many episodes we can see Chandra affable and cheerful

Physically agile, Rajat is extra strong and stylish

A new villain with a strange face appears to bring poison to kill Nandini. So the Hduo conducts a pooja and plan to give poisoned keer and so on.

But as Chandra is in win win situation, we need not bother about it

Chaya is Chandra's masked spy

Moora has given an apt explanation for her obstinacy.Cute baby Binu..to be protected from evil eye.

Thanks for the insightful update.
Asking Nandini if she has forgiven him, is premature. How can she forgive him so easily and how dare he expect that? Mora is Mora and pompously stupid. I hope it is not only Apma but also Helena that gets uncovered and punished. Helena being banished and treated like a dasi would be poetic justice for being an accessory to her evil mother.
Waiting to watch the epi this evening.

Hi Lalli
I already wrote this in EDT, but wanted to share this here too. Because this is what I felt, so prominent in the episode.

The aam bageeja scene was so symbolic na, first Chandra tried to get the aam alone, he failed, then Nandini tried to get the aam alone. She too failed. Then both of them together tried. They succeeded. Bindusar needs their togetheness. Either Chandra or Nandhni alone cannot keep Bindusar happy, only their togetheness will make Bindusar happy. And as we saw today, Nandhni would take the credits at last 😆 and Chandra would only be happy at it 😳

I used Alanta's phrasing "the equation getting reversed"..bcoz it struck me and wanted to use it again...thanks Alanta
But,though egoistical Helana is vicious and self centered she is his patni and has the title "mukya Maharani", always wearing that mukud

At present what is her position? Chandra never looks at her?She is always scheming and fuming. Her mother is there to instigate.

In hatred or love he likes to be with his Nandini
Taking some reason or other,to insult or to praise,he chases Nandini?

What will she attain by eliminating N..the result will be the remorseful Chandra, overwhelming with grief and dismay

He may go to any extent and to unfathomable depression

Won't they have that much intelligence to analyse?

Do they want to take over Magadh?

But Helana's life is devoid of any love or happiness.

We need not afraid of death..but should be afraid of empty life

Hi Alanta..I used you phrasing as the title..thanks..thanks

you imply their togetherness..it is happy feeling of affection and closeness..harmony in unity

yes..as you said what a pleasant and lovely attempts..there is no love, no friendship, like that of the parents to the child..so Bindu is a gifted child to have such lovely parents

Lalli, I am a regular follower of your posts and always liked the way you play with words and usages. Your posts always maintain a poetic beauty, no matter how lame the episodes even may be. Such that you got inspired by a phrase I wrote is such a pleasure and previlage to me.
Coming to your second post, some thoughts passed my mind, donno whether it is relevent here, pls do warn me if I am going off topic 😆

I have to admit that, I never felt Helena as a main vamp of the show. She is just egoistic. She is grey. She is insane. But it was not fully her mistake.

The way she was brought up, the way she was treated all has created such a mind set in her. None around her tried to correct her. Every one including Chandra either blamed or obeyed her. Never tried to correct or understand her.

It is not his fault either. Blame Acharya who trapped him in two loveless marriages. Luckily the second one was his most understanding friend who continued to be his best friend more than a wife. The former, Helena fall in love with him. Who is to be blamed? Of course not Helena or Chandra either.

But Chandra becomes culprit since the point he starts using Helena against Nandhni to envy her. He gives her false promises just to make Nandhni jealous. He played with her feelings though unknowingly.

He continued to neglect her, ignore her, he neither loved nor hated her. He was once so obligued to her for being his guide, for training him in greek war tantics. It was difficult for him to consider her as his wife, for he very well knew, their marriage was nothing but a mere agreement, for him to defeat Padmanand and her to take revenge on Malaykethu.

He gave her the status of patrani and all the rights of the first queen and granted her all the luxuries she would get in her mother land. No doubt of all the costumes of the royals her gowns are the costlier, richest ornaments, most number of daasis at service. As a queen she is the most superior and authoritive of all.

But she herself spoiled her status and respect in Chandra's eyes by inviting her father to invade his mother land and black mailing him. Chandra can now sit and relax that he has not done any injustice towards Helena as her love was not true and her intentions were evilistic.

But what if Helena was a pure soul? Chandra would then be in a 'Dharam Sankat', because still love can only be directed towards one and for him the one can be Nandhni and Nandhni only. He would love to hate her, would love to fall in love with her, would love her even in hatred, even in hurt, even in betrayal, even in smile, even in tears. Its Nandhni for him.

Then who is Helena?
Helena + Apama = Dark
Helena - Apama = Grey

Dark is evil but grey is human.

Are we supposed to feel pity on Helena?

But Thanks to CVs that Helena is portrayed evilistic and Nandhni is angelistic, no, Durdhara is angelistic and Nandhni is still human on a much higher grade.

a fine analysis on Helana...no... in general frailties in human nature. We are the outcome of our innate nature and the circumstances. For Helana, except CGM, nothing good happened

Actually I am very curious to see how the creative team handles the Helena factor while solving the Durdhara murder mystery I know this show has very little historical content but even so it must be remembered that Helena was part
Of Chandragupta's life till he embraced Jainism and abdicated the throne. So what's her status going to be after the exposure? Will Apama take all the blame to protect her daughter? I've always wondered about this aspect whenever they show her to be such a vicious and evil woman
