Mangalsutra ya phaasi ka phanda?

Sorry for the choice of words for my title . Couldn't come up with anything else after watching today's episode . But don't you think mangalsutra and Sundoor are used or rather misused so conveniently . Arey shivom-ranveer Tum Kya jano ek chutki sindoor Ki kimat ? 🤢

Shivaay and Annika - They got Married in a not so pleasant flamboyance . Annika became a Home bound dog to be insulted and kicked out only to make a comeback because of her loyalty towards her maang ka sindoor. Yes we became immune and somehow our addiction for shivika made us into those unaffected souls waiting for something good to happen. Yaar kitne baar ? Kitne baar Annika will go through this ? Doesn't she deserve any happiness ? She was ripped off of her dreams of marrying with all the rituals , with band baja barat or maybe be simply with the pre marriage rituals . Now again when she has gotten a chance she is again robbed off . To apply mehendi for the first time with shivaa's name on it . They were so happy . It broke my heart to see Annika insulted again in her own function . Shivaay should realize it . Is he blind to see the over-dramtic screams and insults hurled at Annika ! And omg prinku ! I wanted to slap her right across the face when she said she herself saw Annika mixing the potion . She speaks up in all the wrong moments . When we need her to speak up she gets tongue tied . She needs therapy . Truely speaking Annika should walk out . It's not the first time this is happening . Where she has had to walk the walk of shame with no fault of hers . Her brother's life had been threated and played with and insulted several times . Time she takes a stand and let shivaay decide who is the devil's child .

Gaurika - I don't know under what circumstances they got married . But going by the updates and flashbacks I presume Om also filled gauri's maang with blood . Wow talk about it and now he gets to throw his attitude around . While Gauri does all the duties of a wife feed him , clothe him . She will do everything as he says . Okay faint , leave the house even drink the milk that she brought for him to drink . Kya hai yeh ?? All in the name of Mera pati Mera devta hai . What era are we living in . It's such regressive plot . But on a side note I loved how Om was supporting Annika . He had the look - I know what just happened . But alas he won't raise a voice against bare bhiya or choti ma .

Priveer- the couple disgusts me . Why prinku? Why are u so dumb and pathetic ? What was she doing holding shivaay preventing him to beat ranveer black and blue ? Why ? I would have clapped and maybe given one or two to him too . What was she trying to prove ? Pathar se na maro mere diwane ko ? And the way ranveer was showing the mangalsutra , gave me the creeps . Bakwas. If they show that they get married and prinku ends up falling in love with this bas**** all hell will break loose.

Rudy and that girl were actually the ice breaker in today's episode . I am not supporting them as a couple but frankly speaking I was kinda enjoying the stupidness and ott stunts . It was hilarious seeing her supernatural kicking and flying around .

Well everything was giving me the feels of deja vu . I will be happy if the divorce happens . Although the decision should be made by Annika . It time she showed who Annika really is -- just Annika 😊

actually any fan watching IB will have serious michmichi with marriage and MILs😆

I think it will take time for shivay to sense the fakeness in his mother, no child will dobut his own mother , infact anika fought with shivaay when he hide the truth of nt, it's wrong to expect more from shivay, n that precap thing of prinku ,anybody else would have interupted shivay he would have used the same tone, he did it a lot of times when pinky interupted too, anika should learn to remain silent at time's, he said he trusts anika on that mehandi scene , anika is in mahaan patni/bahu mode trying to turn pinky haterd into love, she n gauri r not leaving because they R love stuck puppies who returned back to master after being jurk off by masters , I quit like bhivya ( until she is sabotage like others) , I know it was OTT but so R shivomru fighting scenes, so I enjoyed the fight sequence of bhivya , she looked bad ass

After marriage Anika and Gauri no longer exist 😆 Flying ACP will meet the same fate after marriage.

Yes i agree . It will take shivaay to believe it was his mom all along . Even if the truth is revealed he cannot just abandon her and move out with annika .. Coz ultimately he is her son . One can't choose between a mother and a wife . And annika would never let him do that . But he has to be wise and choose wright from wrong . What made me sad was the fact that annika again had to walk the road of flames on her mehendi day . She has been suffering . For her sanity and her brother's safety she should walk out . Let shivaay see the truth and resolve matters with his mom . I am tired of watching annika being hurt and insulted time and again . I can't see annika weak and laachaar ( helpless ) .

And coming to shivaay protecting prinku .. Anybody would do that . I am actually proud that he did that . But what i dont understand is why prinku was trying to stop shivaay ? Does she harbour feelings for her assaulter? And yes i agree annika talks doesn't know when and what to speak . She has no filter . And i am not dissapointed yet by how shivvay reacted , coz one can't judge by seeing a small snippet of a scene . Lets see how to orrow's episode turns out .

That's TRP mantra , a suffering and crying female lead, can we even count how many times anika cried after wedding, this is what trp Aunty's connect with, a lachaar melodramatic girl who wants to set everything right for her sasural until she dies, but ib have sso , the character which is not sacrificed for trp till now , we can relate to shivomru more then this unbelievably forgiving n submissive females in the show
