As far as i know roka is a pre- wedding ritual...but don't know...does it preform before or after engagement.

But they are bajwas after all...they love to do things bewajah...they can do anything🥱

According to Google, the roka is the very first Punjabi wedding ritual

Then it's shagun which Amrit said has already been done

Then it's the sagai which Raj said has already been done

If they're just picking up from where they left off, then it should be the sangeet next

Since they're Bewajas and probably have the money to waste, they might be starting over from the beginning

It does seem like there is a bewaja ka function taking place next week. At first I thought that Raj tied her up to torture Preet emotionally but now I think Raj itna akalmand nahi hai, he is a duffer and will probably just tie her up to prevent her from stopping the function? 😕

How would she stop the function anyway? She can't say that Raj already has a wife so he can't have a second because his own father has two wives. It's perfectly acceptable in the Bewaja family and maybe even encouraged.

That's is exactly what I was thinking. That he is doing this to prevent her from stopping the function. By the way when is Ramadan. Some people including you were saying they are going to be busy as Ramadan is coming. And that they are busy with preparation and fast. So that's why I was asking cause I was kind confused. 😆. My memory is not good when it comes to date and festivals. Or important events ( I sometimes forget my own birthday )

Well, Ramadan started for me today. I'm a few minutes away from breaking my fast. An 18 hour fast which I've spent mostly studying for exams.

She can't stop the function but atleast she can postpone it by building some bad omens...or her shouting..."mummyjiii..." is enough to stop raj's bewajah drama...
