its a spychological thing, not physical. its due to some deep trauma and to cope wid that, they create a new personaly to deal wid the trauma. and yes it is herdity

natasha can't go away,both personalities will have to merge and accept each other.if natasha is the 2nd personality then,she will know all abt kanya,her habits and she will think her weak.usually,in such cases they don't like the other.kanya won't even know anything abt her.and when natasha came over,she can't do anything at all,natasha can even kill sum1
