Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya is known as the King of sexism and posting offensive, abusive tweets. He usually trolls and releases several hateful things on the micro-blogging site. But recently, the micro-blogging site took a call and suspended his Twitter account. A few days back actor turned lawmaker Paresh Rawal tweeted asking to tie author Arundhati Roy with an army jeep. Soon, the 58-year-old singer added his hateful words and kicked up a storm. He even demanded that The God of Small things author should be shot.
This was just a small drop in an ocean, and one can see the hate that he pours on a daily basis. Looking at his timeline, one can easily say that his tweets are beyond embarrassment. His tweets create open to debate, and his comments against women have left his fans, followers in splits. He was arrested for abusing journalist Swati Chaturvedi as she questioned his tweets targeting Pakistani artists.

We must say, Abhijeet has mastered the art of making violent threats. Last month back, the singer called the Lieutenant General (retd) Harcharanjit Singh Panag a Pak supporter and even said that Kavita Krishnan an ugly face and anti-nationalist. He even made derogatory comments against Ae Dil Hai Mushkil filmmaker Karan Johar for casting actor Fawad Khan in his film. He even questioned the loyalty of Khans.

We all are quite aware that the Constitution of India guarantees each and every Indian with the freedom of speech and expression under Act Article 19(1) (a). But this kind of stupidity should not be allowed at any cost. Abhijeet Bhattacharya has dropped to a lower level than ever before and has completely lost his sense.
