Meghna fears Naina can get Karans illness

Meghna cries as her sorrow is getting high. Kunal goes to convince her. They have an argument. Kunal pacifies her. They have annoyance between them. Meghna beats Kunal and sheds tears. She wants her husband's support. She gets angry on him. She asks Kunal why did he not tell her about Karan's illness before. Kunal says we promised each other to support each other. She says all our promised got broken now. She says Kunal should have told her the entire truth, he did not say Karan's serious truth.

Kunal tells her that even he did not know everything well. Meghna is worried for Naina's life and marriage. Kunal asks Meghna not to let this matter come between their relation. He says I will support Karan and Naina, we did not know the illness, now when we know this, we will find a solution and get Karan's treated well. Meghna fears Naina can get Karan's illness too.

As I said before natural reaction of a sibling 😆 but glad she fears for her sister and not trying to seperate nairan and leaving Naina to handle the situation 👏 agree with kunal best thing as loving siblings they can do is being supportive of them and their what ever decisions and steps nairan take together and find best care for Karan to get better as his disease is curable 👏

Omg! Meghna will beat Kuanl up! Obviously the betrayal punches here and there that won't hurt Kunal as her tears will. Meghna is so worried for Naina and I hope that she understands that Karan is very cautious and won't let anything happen to Naina.

she'll understand it yaar as he is acting like a crazed man in front of everyone when vishal came to check on her showing her how much Karan care and love Naina. If this doesn't convince anyone even meghna what will😆
