Yeah, today's episode isn't worth of any discussion. I just had to vent out my frustration. There's no excuse for her pushing NT that way. And I can't even say NT is wrong for wanting revenge from Annika now. But poor Sahil gets involved in Annika's problems all the time.

Also, I do not think Annika was shown as snob today. Firstly, she does not believe that NT is her mom, she truly believes that she has come there for some financial gain and on top of that, she has never ever insulted Pinky or even said anything against her during these 280 episodes. She does respect and will respect Pinky as she's Shivay's mom and regardless of what Pinky may feel for Annika, Annika has always given her an elderly place. Also, if you think, Annika is not aware of all of Pinky's insecurities, I mean she has an idea but she doesn't know how low Pinky has stooped so in her mind, how can she let an outsider nautanki insult Shivay's mom and that too calling herself as Annika' mom? Annika thinks that everyone at home is barring NT only because she stays there as her mother, and the only way she can stop everyone's humiliation is by kicking NT out of the home.
I don't mind if it's a shivika-less episode. Not desperate for romance all the time. But there's a way of telling a story which CVs clearly are unaware of. I like drama but I don't appreciate 'baseless' drama.
I'll have to disagree with you on your point 'Annika not being a snob'. The way she behaved in yesterday's episode, and the way she treated NT and pushed her on the floor in the precap, showed her arrogance.
She can hate NT as much as she wants to, but that's no way to treat a person. Annika doesn't have to fall to Pinky's level by humiliating NT that way.
Will she do the same with Pinky when she discovers all of Pinky's deeds against her? Will she push Pinky that way?
Please note, Annika still isn't sure that NT isn't her mother. yet she treats her possible mother in such a harsh manner. I'm sure she won't treat Pinky that way, even though she's Shivaay's mother. Why? because Pinky is khandaani, and Pinky has a family to support her. I think I'm going off-tangent here, and anyway mother or not, Annika isn't someone who lacks manners.

It doesn't matter if she's aware or unaware of the bald drama. It just isn't right right, the way she behaved with NT.
