The sunken cheeks and seeming pout if she is not doing it is related to botox complications. She maybe breastfeeding IDK so it is possible she has stopped the botox as it could be dangerous for the child. Thus the sunken cheeks and seeming pout. But then again she does make duck face so there is that.
