The nepotism debate is piping hot in Bollywood after Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar indulged in a public debate. Though half of the actors who have had the privilege of having a 'godfather' in Bollywood refuse to admit that they are blessed to have got star connections, the fact remains that they are indeed lucky.
One such instance that has come rolling our way is about an actor belonging to a star family! This actor's Bollywood journey isn't in its best of phase. His last film, though barely managed to get him the moolah, it failed to create a buzz that it should have. It has been a while since he has announced his new film and it's only the unofficial reports which suggest that the star has landed himself in a new project.
Now a little birdie has informed us that since the talented actor's efforts have all gone in vain, his star father has decided to come to his son's rescue. The production house, with which this senior star is collaborating in an upcoming film, has been planning to come up with a sequel to one of their hit films. The speculations regarding its casting have been on for quite sometime now. But the head honcho seems to be not focusing on it currently.
While the star bagged the movie sometime back, murmurs are strong that recently when he met the boss of the production house, he put in a word for his son! That honcho, who is in good terms with the actor and his family, decided to oblige. Corridors of the production house have it in the air that this star son has bagged a prominent role in the film which is going to be officially announced soon. What's more? Another actor, who has previously worked with the banner, will be playing the other major part in the movie.
Well, naturally, this has relieved the A-list father, who was concerned for his son's sloppy career! Any guesses whom are we talking about?
